Automate time clocking
Automate time clocking
Each badge is personal, i.e. only one employee is linked to a single badge. Thus, you will be able to have a general view of your workers’ activity. The method is very simple: you place a badge reader on a construction site, and the worker checks in when he starts his work shift and when he finishes. Then, you can find the information on the Hit-Tracking platform to create customized reports and centralize the information.
On-site badge reader
Dimensions (battery 8.8000 maH incl.): 100 x 60 x 37mm.
Dimensions (incl. battery 2,200 maH): 100 x 60 x 23mm.
Performance: optimal between -20°C and +85°C
The GPS position transmission frequency is max. 140 signals per 24 hours (+- 1 signal every 11 minutes). Generally, we configure it to send 1 to 2 positions per day to optimize the battery life.
The approximate battery life will be provided with the configuration of the autonomous IoT Tag (generally between 4 to 10 years).
The same principle applies to this as to the on-site badge reader, but it is for vehicles: you place a badge reader in the desired vehicle and the worker check-in when he enters it and when he returns back to company premises. Then, you can find the information on the Hit-Tracking platform to manage your teams and centralize the information.
Vehicle badge reader
Dimensions (all inclusive): 83(L) x 47(W) x 16 mm(H).
Frequency: 13.56MHz standard
Performance: optimal between +- 0°C and 60°C.
Badge reading distance: up to 5 cm
Of your workers, throughout the day and at any time
From anywhere, you can geolocate staff immediately.
Each person receives a badge that allows them to be connected to the vehicle and records with great accuracy, whether they are on the move or on-site.
Thanks to the automatic clocking of hours on the different sites, manual clocking is no longer needed.
You can check at any time where any person is, what they are doing, and how long they actually spend on site.
Thanks to the precise localization of staff, schedules can be managed precisely.
Synchronization with the management software (Hit-Office or other) is done automatically when the worker uses their badge. We estimate that 40% more time can be saved by moving the clock-in areas to worksites.
Thanks to the vehicle clocking systems, each person’s worksheet is automatically sent back to the timesheet of your Hit-Office or other management software. Administrative staff no longer have to wait for timesheets to be returned to record them.
Each vehicle contains a badge reader that allows you to know when a person is in the vehicle, on-site, or other…
Hit-tracking makes it possible to permanently locate where each team member is and automatically synchronizes with the check-in-at-work platform in order to register them on the different sites.
